TEKNOGIPS PRO MAKINA machine-applied gypsum plaster is designed for high-quality coating of walls and ceilings indoors. It can be applied both by machine and manually. Polymer modifiers improve adhesion, ensuring the coating's strength, impermeability, and elasticity.
The dry plaster mix TEKNOGIPS PRO MAKINA is used for mechanized plastering of walls and ceilings. It is applied using plastering stations onto brick, concrete, aerated concrete, cement plaster, ceramic blocks, and other prepared surfaces. Recommended for children's and medical institutions. Used only for internal work at temperatures from +5°С to +30°С.
The surface must be dry, strong, and cleaned of dust, dirt, paint, oils, or grease. Highly water-absorbent surfaces should be moistened with water or treated with a primer. Use a gypsum mesh at the joints of different materials.
The contents of the bag are loaded into the plastering station. The recommended water ratio is 5–5.5 liters per 10 kg of dry mix. Apply the solution to the surface and level it with a straightedge. After about ~30 minutes from the start of setting, wet the surface, rub it with a sponge float, and smooth it with a trowel until glossy. The pot life of the ready-made mixture is 120 minutes.
Average layer thickness: 10–15 mm. Minimum – 5 mm, maximum – 50 mm.
9.5–10.5 kg per 1 m² for a layer thickness of 10 mm.
Store in a dry room on pallets. Material from damaged packaging should be transferred and used first. Shelf life – 12 months.
